Trim coil is painted flat sheet stock supplied on a roll, used to wrap and clad exterior wood trim once siding is installed. It is bent on a portable brake to form fascia covers, window and door casings, frieze boards, corner boards and rake trim, giving a finished face that does not need to be painted or maintained like bare wood.

This roll carries a baked-on finish on both faces, musk brown on one side and white on the other, so a single roll can serve two colour schemes or provide a matching interior return on a wrapped opening. The coil cuts with tin snips or a coil cutter, bends cleanly at the brake, and is fastened with trim nails or hidden with a hemmed and locked edge.
