Primed pine board stock for exterior and interior trim work. The board arrives with a factory coat of primer already applied, so it can be cut, fitted and fastened, then finished with topcoat paint rather than requiring a full prime-and-paint cycle on site.

Nominal 1 in. softwood board is the common carrier for fascia, frieze, rake and casing details, as well as shelving and box-out work. Pine takes fasteners and glue readily, machines cleanly for rabbets and returns, and holds a crisp edge when mitred. Because the material is intended for painted finishes, minor mill marks and finger joints are concealed under the primer and topcoat.

Cut ends and rip edges expose bare wood and should be sealed with primer before the board is installed, particularly in exterior locations where end grain will take on water.
