Rust Remover for Pavers and Stone

Gator Rust Remover is a liquid spot treatment from Alliance Designer Products' Gator Clean line, formulated to dissolve rust staining on the surface of concrete pavers, wetcast units and natural stone. Rust marks on hardscape typically come from steel furniture legs, rebar and metal stakes left on the surface, iron-bearing irrigation or well water, and fertilizer granules broadcast across a patio or walkway; this product targets those iron oxide deposits rather than general soiling.

It is applied directly to the stain, left to soak for two to three minutes, scrubbed with a hard bristle brush and rinsed thoroughly with water, with the cycle repeated until the mark dissolves. The formula contains no muriatic acid. After treating individual spots, the manufacturer directs that the full paver surface be cleaned with Gator Efflorescence Cleaner so the treated areas blend into an even overall color.

Goggles and rubber gloves are called for during application, and the product should not be allowed to dry on the paver surface. Containers should be stored above 32 degrees F so the liquid does not freeze.

Key Features

Removes rust spotting caused by steel, water build-up and fertilizer on paver and stone surfaces

Contains no muriatic acid

Formulated for concrete pavers, wetcast units and natural stone

Simple four-step routine: apply to the stain, soak two to three minutes, scrub with a hard bristle brush, rinse with water

Treatment can be repeated until the stain dissolves, so heavier marks can be worked down in stages

Liquid spot treatment poured or applied directly onto the affected area rather than over the whole field

Manufacturer directs a follow-up wash of the full surface with Gator Efflorescence Cleaner for uniform color

Store the container above 32 degrees F

Applications

Rust marks on concrete paver patios, walkways and driveways

Iron staining on wetcast slabs, steps and coping

Rust spotting on natural stone paving and treads

Stains left by metal furniture, planters, rebar and stakes set on a finished surface

Discoloration from iron-bearing irrigation or well water spray

Marks left by fertilizer granules scattered onto hardscape from adjacent lawn and bed areas

Punch-list clean-up of a newly installed paver surface ahead of sealing

Product Details

Brand: Alliance Gator

Manufacturer: Alliance Designer Products Inc.

Product Line: Gator Clean paver and stone cleaners

Type: Rust stain remover

Form: Liquid

For Use On: Concrete pavers, wetcast, natural stone

Chemistry: Contains no muriatic acid

Dwell Time: 2 to 3 minutes before scrubbing

Specifications

Volume

1 QT

Brand

Alliance Gator

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1012/7743/4195/files/alliance-gator-1-qt-rust-remover-for-pavers-and-stone-paverrust1q.webp?v=1790734607
https://arch-9365.myshopify.com/products/alliance-gator-1-qt-rust-remover-for-pavers-and-stone-paverrust1q
