alliance-gator-hybrid-seal-low-gloss-paver-sealer-5-gal-paverslg5
Alliance Gator Hybrid Seal Low Gloss Paver Sealer, 5 Gal.

Gator Hybrid Seal Low Gloss is a water-based sealer from Alliance Gator made with 100% pure high-grade acrylic and intended for dry cast concrete pavers. It penetrates into the pores of the paver and leaves a film on the surface that helps keep motor oil, grease and dirt out of the concrete and helps resist corrosion from de-icing salt and the effects of ultraviolet light.

The low gloss finish carries no color enhancement, so a sealed surface keeps the natural dry-look tone of the paver rather than the darker wet-look appearance produced by enhancing sealers. Because it is a film former, it also stabilizes the jointing sand, helping hold polymeric sand in place against washout and foot traffic.

Installation follows the usual sequence for paver sealing: strip old coatings and stains, replace contaminated joint sand and let it harden, remove efflorescence, and let the surface dry before sealing. Alliance Gator calls for a single coat sprayed in sections and back-rolled with a water-base foam roller to pull off puddles and excess, with the surface cool to the touch at application.

Key Features

100% pure high-grade acrylic, water-based formulation

Low gloss finish with no color enhancement, so paver tone is not darkened

Film former that also acts as a joint stabilizer for polymeric sand

Helps prevent corrosion from de-icing salt, ultraviolet ray effects, and motor oil and grease stains

Works above 40 degrees F (5 degrees C) and is rain-safe after 24 hours

Low VOC formulation that will not discolor the sealed surface

Formulated for dry cast concrete pavers, applied by sprayer and back-rolled with a water-base foam roller

Water cleanup while wet, as with water-based acrylic coatings generally

Applications

Sealing dry cast concrete paver driveways and parking aprons

Paver patios, terraces and pool surrounds where a natural, non-darkened look is wanted

Walkways, entries and garden paths built with concrete pavers

Stabilizing polymeric sand joints on established paver installations

Re-sealing previously sealed paver surfaces after stripping and cleaning

Surfaces exposed to winter de-icing salt and vehicle drips

Product Details

Brand: Alliance Gator

Product Line: Gator Hybrid Seal

Type: Water-based paver sealer

Binder: 100% pure high-grade acrylic

Finish: Low gloss

Color Enhancement: None

For Use On: Dry cast concrete pavers

Coverage: Approx. 100-225 sq. ft. per gallon, varying with joint size and paver porosity

Specifications

Finish

Gloss

Volume

5 GAL

Brand

Alliance Gator

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1012/7743/4195/files/alliance-gator-hybrid-seal-low-gloss-paver-sealer-5-gal-paverslg5.webp?v=1790734612
https://arch-9365.myshopify.com/products/alliance-gator-hybrid-seal-low-gloss-paver-sealer-5-gal-paverslg5
