120-ft-vinyl-cove-base-grey-vcbg
120 ft. Vinyl Cove Base, Grey

Vinyl cove base is a flexible resilient wall base used to finish the joint between a finished floor and the wall. The cove profile has a curved toe at the bottom that sits against the floor, closing the gap left by resilient sheet, tile or plank flooring and directing mop water and dirt away from the wall line.

Supplied in a continuous coil rather than cut lengths, a roll lets long straight runs and corridors be finished with fewer seams. The vinyl is pliable enough to be formed around outside corners with a heat gun and to be cut and folded for inside corners, and it tolerates the slight irregularities found in most substrates.

Installation is with cove base adhesive troweled or applied to the back of the base, then rolled or pressed tight to the wall. The grey colour is a common choice in commercial corridors, back-of-house areas and mechanical rooms where a neutral base is wanted.

Key Features

Cove profile with a curved toe that closes the floor-to-wall joint over resilient flooring

Flexible vinyl construction that conforms to minor wall irregularities and can be formed at corners

Continuous coil for long runs with fewer butt seams

Grey colour throughout, so scuffs and nicks do not expose a contrasting core

Wipeable, non-porous surface suited to routine damp cleaning

Installs with standard cove base adhesive; cut with a utility knife or base shears

Applications

Finishing the wall line over vinyl composition tile, sheet vinyl and luxury vinyl plank

Corridors, classrooms and office spaces in commercial fit-outs

Back-of-house, storage and mechanical rooms

Healthcare, retail and institutional interiors where a washable base is required

Replacing damaged or missing base during tenant turnover and renovation work

Product Details

Product Type: Vinyl Cove Wall Base

Material: Vinyl

Colour: Grey

Profile: Cove (toe base)

Roll Length: 120 ft.

Sold By: Roll

Specifications

Size

120'

Material

Vinyl

Color

Grey

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1012/7743/4195/files/arch-placeholder-coming-soon_3525d691-c8a9-4e7b-ab42-6563a67e8b2f.webp?v=1790259899
