The ZipWall ZipDoor is a self-adhesive zippered barrier that closes off a doorway during remodeling, demolition, restoration or abatement work. A panel of plastic sheeting with heavy-duty zippers already installed is taped over the opening, so the work area stays sealed while crews, tools and carts still move in and out through the zipper rather than through an open hole in the containment.

Installation is tape-only: a double-sided tape holds the panel to the door casing and releases without the fasteners, staples or wall damage that a site-built plastic door requires. Because the zipper track is factory-set into the sheeting, there is no cutting and taping of a slit door on site and no gap that opens up as the shift goes on.

The kit is sold as a complete doorway closure and works on its own over an existing door opening or as the entry point in a larger plastic sheeting dust barrier.
