Built on the legacy of Quality Building Supply, ARCH brings nearly two decades of experience, relationships, and jobsite knowledge into a new era of building supply.

Our Story

ARCH Building Supply was built on nearly two decades of experience serving New York's construction community.

Our roots began with Quality Building Supply, a local building supply business that spent nearly 20 years building relationships with contractors, builders, and customers throughout the area. What started as a neighborhood supply store grew through dependable service, industry knowledge, and a commitment to being there when customers needed us.

As our customers and their projects grew, we saw an opportunity to grow with them.

ARCH represents the next chapter.

We expanded into a larger location with a two-acre yard, increased our product offering, strengthened our delivery and logistics capabilities, and built a growing team focused on serving contractors and construction professionals throughout New York City, Long Island, and the surrounding areas.

But growth for us isn't just about having more products or a bigger facility. It's about making it easier for our customers to do business.

Today, we're combining the personal service and relationships that built our reputation with a more modern approach to building supply—from expanded inventory and special-order sourcing to online purchasing, digital quoting, dedicated account support, and coordinated jobsite delivery.

And we're still growing.

I've spent years in this industry learning that having the right materials is only part of what makes a great supplier. What matters just as much is having a team that answers the phone, follows through, solves problems, and understands how important it is to keep a job moving.

That's the kind of company we're building at ARCH.

We're investing in our people, expanding our inventory, strengthening our delivery and logistics capabilities, and using technology to make it easier and faster for our customers to do business with us. But as we grow, I never want us to lose the personal relationships and level of service that got us here.
