Gator Clean XP Oil and Grease Remover is a poultice-style stain remover made by Alliance Designer Products for hardscape surfaces. It is applied as a liquid directly over the stain, left to dry, and then swept away once it has turned to powder.

The chemistry works by drawing oil out of the pore structure of the masonry rather than pushing it deeper the way pressure washing can. As the carrier evaporates, the absorbent residue holds the lifted oil and is removed with a broom, which is why the manufacturer describes the method as shake it, spread it, sweep it.

It is formulated for concrete pavers, wet cast products and natural stone, and targets motor oil, cooking oil and grease. It is not for asphalt, is not recommended for synthetic oil stains, and can damage existing sealer, so a test in a hidden area is called for on sealed work.
