A 10 in. diamond saw blade made for wet cutting hard tile and natural stone. Blades in this class carry a bonded diamond rim rather than teeth, so they abrade their way through dense, brittle material instead of shearing it, which is what keeps ceramic, porcelain and granite from chipping out along the cut line.

The blade is marked for wet use only. Water fed onto the rim during the cut cools the steel core, flushes slurry out of the kerf and holds silica dust down, and running a wet-only blade dry will glaze the bond and shorten its working life well before the diamond is spent. It mounts on a standard 10 in. wet tile saw and is intended for straight and angled cuts made on the saw table rather than freehand work.
