A small-diameter circular blade made for cutting ceramic and stone tile, marble and similar masonry materials with water. Blades of this class use a diamond-bonded cutting edge rather than teeth, so they grind their way through hard, brittle material instead of shearing it.

Wet cutting is the point of the blade. Water flooded onto the cut carries away the slurry, keeps the bond and the workpiece cool, and holds down the silica dust that dry cutting throws into the air. The wet edge also produces a cleaner arris on glazed tile and polished stone, with less chipping along the face of the cut.

Sized for compact wet tile saws and small handheld machines, it suits trim cuts, rips on individual tiles and detail work where a larger blade is awkward. Confirm the arbor and the maximum speed of the machine before mounting.
