This one is the right-hand version, meaning it fits the end of the run on the right as viewed from outside the building facing the gutter, and is finished in brown to match brown gutter and trim.

End caps are pressed to match the profile of the gutter they close, so the flange seats inside or over the gutter end and is fastened and sealed in place. Standard practice is to bed the cap in gutter sealant and secure it with pop rivets or sheet metal screws so the joint stays watertight as the gutter expands and contracts.

Sold individually, so a straight run needs a matching left-hand cap at the opposite end.
