A 14-story commercial building in the heart of Flushing, built on a structural steel frame with a full glass curtain wall exterior. ARCH supplied the lumber and CMU packages, insulation, and select structural steel — coordinated to keep pace with a demanding high-rise construction schedule.

The Rowan II — Astoria, NY
A 7-story residential development in Astoria by INOA Architects, The Rowan II brings 90 residences with curved façades, interlocking villas, private terraces, and floor-to-ceiling windows — the second chapter of the neighboring Rowan development. ARCH supplied the lumber, insulation, and drywall for the build.

A 9-story mixed-use luxury residential development in Long Island City, The Moon 27 brings 61 residences with floor-to-ceiling windows, a dark facade composed of composite panels, and multiple stacks of balconies lined with glass railings. The 50,000-square-foot build replaces a trio of duplexes to deliver a modern footprint to the neighborhood, complete with oversized amenities.
