A six-panel interior door slab in solid pine, milled with the traditional two-over-four raised panel layout used throughout residential work. The slab ships unhung and unbored, so the installer sets the hinge gains, bores for the lockset and trims to fit the existing jamb or a new prehung frame.

Pine takes paint and stain readily and is soft enough to plane and mortise with hand tools, which makes it a practical choice for retrofit work in older openings where the rough frame is out of square. The panels sit in grooved stiles and rails and float slightly, allowing the wood to move with seasonal humidity changes without splitting the frame.

The 1-3/8 in. thickness is the standard for interior passage and closet doors and matches common residential hinges, locksets and prehung jamb sets.
