A six-panel interior door slab milled from pine, in the standard 1-3/8 in. interior thickness used for passage, closet and bedroom openings in residential work. The raised or recessed six-panel layout is the most common traditional stile-and-rail pattern in North American houses, which makes it a straightforward match for existing doors during a partial replacement.

Pine takes paint and stain readily and machines cleanly, so the slab can be bored for a standard lockset and mortised for butt hinges on site. Narrow widths like this one are typically hung in closet, linen and utility openings where a full-width passage door will not fit.

Supplied as a slab, so hinges, lockset and stop are specified separately and the edges are bevelled and hung to suit the existing jamb.
