Hollow core doors are built from thin face skins bonded to a perimeter stile and rail frame with a lightweight internal lattice or expanded core. The slab arrives unbored, so hinge mortises, the lock bore and any bevel are cut on site to match the existing jamb and hardware.

The primed surface is a sealer coat, not a finish coat. Fill and sand the shipping edges, then apply the finish paint of your choice once the door is fitted.
