Door stop moulding in the #47 pattern, supplied with a factory primer coat ready for finish paint. Stop is the thin strip applied to the face of a door jamb that the door closes against, setting the door in its opening and closing the gap at the head and hinge side.

The primed surface takes latex or oil finish coats without further sealing and shows nail holes and joints clearly for filling. Stop is normally installed after the door is hung and swinging true, so the strip can be set tight to the closed door face and adjusted for a consistent reveal.

Sold by the piece in a single length suited to standard interior door heights, with enough material for the head piece to be cut from the offcuts of a set.
