Flashing cement is a heavy-bodied asphalt mastic used to seal and bond roof flashings, laps and repairs. It trowels on thick, clings to vertical and overhead surfaces without sagging, and cures to a flexible, weather-resistant seal that moves with the roof rather than cracking away from it.

Supplied in a one-gallon pail for hand application with a trowel or putty knife. Typical work includes bedding and sealing metal flashing at walls, chimneys, curbs and vent stacks, patching splits and blisters in built-up or modified bitumen roofing, and sealing around fasteners and laps on rolled roofing.
