Red oak faced hardwood plywood panel in a C-3 grade combination, meaning the face veneer is a C grade and the back is a 3 grade. It is intended for work where a natural oak wood face is wanted but where some color variation, streaks and small repairs in the veneer are acceptable, or where the panel will be painted, stained dark, or partly concealed in the finished assembly.

The oak face takes stain and clear finish the same way solid oak does, and the cross-banded plywood construction keeps the sheet flatter and more dimensionally stable across its width than solid stock. Panels cut cleanly with a fine-tooth blade; scoring the cut line or using a zero-clearance insert limits face-veneer tearout, and exposed edges are normally covered with oak edge banding or a solid hardwood nosing.

This is an interior panel. Like other hardwood veneer plywood with standard interior glue, it should be kept out of weather and away from sustained moisture.
